Everyone starts with a complimentary no sweat intro

This allows you one-on-one time with a trainer to ask any questions you may have, learn more about our program. This gives us a chance to get to know you and your personal goals, allowing us to better serve you. After the intro is complete, we can choose which one of our many membership options is right for you.

Chit Chat

This is our chance to sit down, one-on-one, and get to know each other. Your coach will explain what CrossFit is all about and tell you a little about our members so you get a feel for our little community.
