The Olympic lifts consist of the clean & jerk and the snatch. These two lifts are the most technical lifts that CrossFitters must perform. It is our belief that improved capacity in the Olympic lifts will improve performance in nearly every other physical endeavor one may encounter in life. They have a unique ability to train an athlete to generate and apply large amounts of force while simultaneously building strength, speed, power, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
