Well, yesterday our workout was only 5 minutes long and tomorrow it may take 30 minutes. At Copper City CrossFit, our workouts are constantly varied. Variance applies to movements, loads, and yes, time domains. The key to our workouts is the intensity and with time and practice, you will learn how to get the most out of a workout, whether it is 5 minutes or 30 minutes. Please note that each class is a one hour session that is full from beginning to end. I.e. each class includes a warm-up, an explanation of the workout, we then perform the workout, and then there is some sort of stretching or mobility to end the class.
