Attention all CCCF members!

Autumn is upon us, the kids are back in school, and we are all falling into our patterns and routines.

But… this fall we want to switch up our patterns, and create new routines!

October will be nutrition month here at CCCF, and to get us all thinking a little more about nutrition and food for fuel we will be incorporating nutrition into our daily CrossFit classes. Don’t worry, we aren’t going to make you try brussel sprouts before you are allowed to back squat! – (Even though they are delicious). We will just be opening up some nutrition conversation topics and giving you some things to think about in and out of the gym.

Keep an eye out on our website and zenplanner for our “Weekly Nutrition Topic” on Mondays and Tuesdays, and then, make sure you don’t miss class on Wednesday when you can learn about and discuss the topic with one of our coaches!
