Say goodbye to boring chicken with this marinade! You can even make it ahead and freeze the chicken for later use!


1 Serving

1 – 5-7oz Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce

1/2 tbsp Honey

1/2 tbsp Coconut Aminos(or soy sauce)

1/2 a lime – juiced

2 tbsp Cilantro – minced

1 tbsp Ginger – minced

*Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or cup and pour over chicken breast.  Marinate for 2-24 hours… or freeze your chicken to use later!

*Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes(if freezing thaw overnight in the refrigerator before baking)


**Make it a meal!!!**

1 1/2 cups Zucchini noodles

1 cup Snow Peas

1 cup Bell Peppers

1/2 tbsp Olive Oil


*Saute’ snow peas and bell peppers with olive oil until tender crisp(3-4 minutes).  Mix in zucchini noodles and cook until just warm(2-3 minutes).  Serve with chicken and extra marinade from baking.
